Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft is organised on a decentralised basis. In addition to the company headquarters in Vienna, there are four regions with subordinate transport management centres:
- Eastern Region (Transport management: Vösendorf, St. Pölten and Hollabrunn)
- Northern Region (Transport management: Linz and Salzburg)
- Southern Region (Transport management: Wolfurt, Innsbruck and Zell am See)
- Western Region (Transport management: Graz and Klagenfurt)
Each region is supervised by a regional manager. All regional tasks such as the organisation of transport operations and coordination with the transport associations are carried out in collaboration with the respective regional management teams. The regional boundaries are oriented towards efficient transport operations based on current market conditions and are further subdivided into transport management centres.
