Maybe this year you too will have the chance to be part of one of our innovative apprenticeship programmes, in which you will acquire a sound technical knowledge for a complete vehicle disassembly with component maintenance up to the finished restored vehicle. Because last autumn, seven Postbus apprentices began to completely restore a historic Steyr-Daimler-Puch 500, built in 1971, under the expert guidance of their apprentice trainers. Today, the oldie shines in new splendour and is being auctioned off for a good cause.
High level of training
As an apprentice in our technical apprenticeships, you will be in demand wherever our buses are concerned. As a bodywork technician or motor vehicle technician for commercial vehicles, you will complete your apprenticeship directly in our bus workshops. As an apprentice for automotive technology and system electronics, you will also ensure that our bus fleet is always in perfect working order. As a motor vehicle technician, you know when to turn which screw. And as a system electronics technician, you're also familiar with electrical and electronic systems, whether it's air conditioning or telecommunications and entertainment electronics systems.
As a logistics clerk, you manage the stock of all necessary spare parts. As an office clerk, you work on the computer, do correspondence, take on accounting tasks and organise one thing or another.
