Barrier-free travelling

More than half of all Postbuses already have barrier-free access (low-floor buses with folding ramp, buses with lift). You can get information on barrier-free services from the Postbus customer service daily from 06:00 to 20:00.

Travel reservations
To ensure that there will be a barrier-free bus available to you, we kindly ask you to make a reservation for the trip you plan to take. For this purpose, please call our barrier-free access hotline: 0810 222 333-7 or send an e-mail stating your travel plans to service@postbus.at. For written reservations, please use our online request form.

Discounts
Many Transport Associations offer discounts to passengers with reduced mobility. Among other things, also the ÖBB VORTEILScards Spezial and Blind are accepted in all Transport Associations.
